ACORN Rallies For Healthcare Reform PDF Print E-mail

In his weekly radio address President Barack Obama laid out plans to overhaul the nation's healthcare system.

The President wants to cut more than $200 billion in hospital reimbursements, and use the savings to cover uninsured Americans.

Saturday, a number of Arkansans gathered to rally for healthcare reform.

The Association of Community Organization for Reform Now, or ACORN say this is the year of affordable healthcare and the goal is to air out what they are calling the dirty laundry of the nation's insurance companies.
